Glassboro, is a city in Gloucester county, about 11 miles South of Gloucester, New Jersey and 17 miles south of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The city is part of the Philadelphia metropolitan area. As of the year 2009 populaion estimates by Sperling, 20,632 people reside in Glassboro.
